Sometimes the best customer service happens when the "closed" sign is already up. I knocked on the door at 5:15pm after they'd closed early for a holiday event, hoping to exchange a product for my husband's strained back. Michael didn't hesitate—he unlocked the door, helped me find the right solution, and wouldn't let me pay for it. After dealing with holiday traffic and a long walk from parking, his willingness to help meant a lot. This is the kind of genuine, go-the-extra-mile service that's worth recognizing.

It’s always a delight to visit this store and stock up on all my essential oils! They carry some really great stuff—always well-stocked and high quality. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful every time I stop by. Yesterday was extra special—we walked in and they were celebrating their sweet pup’s birthday with dog treats and mocktails! Such a fun and thoughtful touch. It really showed how much they care about creating a welcoming, community-focused space. Thanks for being such a wonderful part of the neighborhood!

First time ordering herbs and tinctures online. It was shipped as priority mail and received really quickly after placing an order. I was worried about glass bottles tinctures but they arrived nicely packed and nothing was damaged. I would recommend this local store, and cannot wait to visit the actual store in the future! Great online shopping experience.
